Online Ordering:

We have created a secure online store for your convenience.  Your financial information is completely secure, so order with confidence! Invoices are generated immediately and emailed to the contact.  We accept PO#'s.  If you have one, please enter it in the "Enter PO# & additional information " field when placing your order. 

For orders placed in California, the sales tax rate is 7.875%.  If you would like to be charged at your sales tax rate, place your order, contact us and we will adjust the difference.  Additionally, if you are tax-exempt, place your order, contact us and we will credit you the amount of sales tax.  For orders outside California, there is no sales tax.  Our goal is to make your transaction a pleasant one.

When you elect to pay with a credit card (VISA or Mastercard), your transaction will be completed promptly online.  When you choose the "pay by check" method, you are placing an order but choosing to send a check in the mail (most likely associated with a PO#.)  Either way, we receive the orders immediately and start processing them.

For international customers, please contact us to place your order. Unfortunately, our online shop is set up for orders placed in the US only. Regardless, it is our goal to make ordering via conventional methods as convenient as it is to place orders online.  Please call or email us, and expect a response in less than 24 hours.

Shipping General Information:

We ship with UPS.  Orders are packaged and sent out within 3-5 days of the time they are received in most cases.  On normal orders we ship ground, however, we can accommodate rush situations wherever you may be.  We do arrange air shipping when it is necessary (Hawaii and Alaska).  Track shipments at www.ups.com (tracking number sent to contact email once pick-up is scheduled).

For International Customers, we may use an alternate carrier if necessary.  Orders are still packaged and sent out within three days of the time they are received in most cases.  Once shipping arrangements are made, you will receive an email of the shipping cost.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and checks via mail.  All credit card information will be kept private and ran through a secure transaction method.  If you choose the "pay by check" method, just mail a check to - AccuSludge  PO Box 2189 Truckee, CA 96160.

Does AccuSludge manufacture custom length samplers?

We gladly accommodate requests for custom samplers. Whether it be the length of the sampler, the layout of the increment markings (according to metric system), or whatever you have in mind, let us know.  Please contact us with the necessary information and we will respond within 24 hours.  We haven't had a request that we couldn't fulfill.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee all our samplers from manufacturer defects. If product is defective, it can be returned within 30 days at buyers shipping expense for a full refund.
