
We have created a secure online store for your convenience. Your financial information is completely secure so order with confidence! Invoices are generated immediately and emailed to the contact. If you would like to use a PO #, please enter the applicable information in the "Special Instructions" field when placing your order.
For orders placed in California, the sales tax rate is 7.875%. If you would like to be charged at your sales tax rate, place your order, contact us and we will adjust the difference. Additionally, if you are tax-exempt, place your order, contact us and we will credit you the amount of sales tax. For orders outside California, there is no sales tax. Our goal is to make your transaction a pleasant one.
When you elect to pay with a credit card (VISA or Mastercard), your transaction can be completed promptly online. When you choose the "Print and Call" method, you are placing an order but allowing yourself the freedom to send a check in the mail, or call us with your credit card information. Either way, we receive the orders immediately and start processing them.
For International Customers, please contact us to place your order. Unfortunately, our online shop is set up for orders placed in the US only. Regardless, it is our goal to make ordering via conventional methods as convenient as it is to place orders online. Please call or email us, and expect a response in less than 24 hours.
We ship with UPS. Orders are packaged and sent out within three days of the time they are received in most cases. On normal orders we ship ground, however, we can accommodate rush situations wherever you may be. We do arrange air shipping when it is necessary (Hawaii and Alaska). Track shipments at www.ups.com (tracking number sent to contact email once pick-up is scheduled).
For International Customers, we use an alternate carrier, in most cases, FedEx. Orders are still packaged and sent out within three days of the time they are received in most cases. Once shipping arrangements are made, we will contact you with the shipping cost.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and checks via mail. If you choose the "Print and Call" payment method, you can either put a check in the mail or call us and provide your credit card information over the phone.
We accommodate requests for custom samplers. Whether it be the length of the sampler, the layout of the increment markings (according to metric system), or whatever you have in mind, let us know. Please contact us with the necessary information and we will respond within 24 hours. We haven't had a request that we couldn't meet since we can remember.
We guarantee all our samplers from manufacturer defects. If product is defective, it can be returned within 30 days at buyers shipping expense for a full refund.
