Product Specifications:

• 1 ¼” O.D. Lexan® tubing. To our knowledge, the first in the industry to use a larger O.D. tubing.  Flex in sampler is decreased significantly, making it much easier to use and carry.  Larger O.D. tubing also allows for a larger sample, holding approx. 200ml per foot (about 7oz.). Lexan® tubing is highly resistant to abuse, discoloring and temperature fluctuation (220 degrees F  maximum constant operating temperature.) Made in USA.

• 6” concealed coupler with rubber O-ring. (Featured on all samplers over 8') When assembled it looks like a solid 16’ tube.  No visual obstruction at coupler when taking samples and nothing to catch your hands on when raising or lowering unit into sampling area.  Extremely strong, low-flex connection that doesn't leak.  Straight-forward, quick assembly with stainless steel machine screws (we recommend using a screw gun in a shop setting). 

• Leak-proof check valve.  Redesigned in 2008, this check valve works flawlessly. Constructed of nylon and fitted with 2 rubber O-rings to secure against leakage. Tapered rubber stopper on plunger seats comfortably in tapered top opening of check-valve with every use.  Allows user to discharge a portion of sample and reseals with no problem. Allows impressive 56% column area for uniform flow of sample up the unit, creating a streamline flow with minimal mixing (less turbulence.)

• Industrial quality red tape marks 1’ increments (not shown).  Easy to see with any type of sample.

• Double Braided Polypropylene Marine Rope. (5' long) Attached to top of sampler.  Good for lowering unit beyond length of sampler and into tight spaces.  High quality rope won't rot or mildew and maintains buoyancy.
